# How do women in gonzo porn not get horrible yeast infections/bacterial vaginosis?

Gonzo porn on the internet features men and women doing various outrageous and disgusting acts. The nature of ‘gonzo’ porn is something taken to an extreme or crazy weirdness.
Much of this often involves a woman’s vagina getting stuffed with various objects/materials. In the case of diarrhea/vomit/eels/miscellaneous foodstuffs, how does the woman not get some awful yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis? I had heard the vagina keeps this delicate balance of yeast and bacteria, and any changes to this or the Ph levels throw that balance out of whack and result in an infection.
If douching is supposed to be bad for the abovementioned reason, what is happening biologically when the vagina is getting filled to the brim with bacteria-riddled fluids like diarrhea? Do the women just deal with horrible infections as a result? Or do they develop some kind of resistence?

You know, I liked Hunter Thompson’s writings. I appreciated his efforts and intentions vis-a-vis gonzo journalism. Hence, I clicked on this thread.
Now, not only do I not like myself very much for having done so, I _ **really** _ think we need a separate forum for grotesqueness like this. I would have had no idea gonzo meant what it apparently means in this context. Trying hard not to come off as self-righteous as I only have myself to blame.

As others have said, that’s not what “gonzo porn” means. Gonzo porn is a genre of porn. It’s basically semi-reality porn. The performers in the videos are obviously having sex for the cameras but they’re not doing it in character or as part of a scripted story. A typical gonzo porn movie would be something like a bunch of porn performers getting together at somebody’s house and having an orgy. The idea is that you’re supposedly seeing them being themselves rather than playing some character.

Apologies if I got the terminology wrong. I thought gonzo porn was all the extreme fetish type stuff.
There’s kind of this race to the bottom with extreme stuff, because let’s be honest- people don’t talk about mediocre porn, they talk about the craziest, grossest thing they got tricked into watching. This creates this weird kind of demand for more disgusting content.
There was some Brazilian porn director who would shoot a custom made porn for some fee (think it was only 500 bucks or so). Some people on a messageboard pitched in money; sorta like a kickstarter porno. The script they sent the director involved the grossest acts they could think of, and it ended up becoming the notorious “swap.avi” video, on par with 2 girls 1 cup in gross out factor (though I would argue the plot was rather derivative.)
Anyway, back to the topic on hand. How vulnerable is the vagina to infection from stuff like diarrhea, live eels, prolapsed rectums, etc? I mean I hear women getting yeast infections from just regular vanilla intercourse; if that’s enough to set it off then what will poop do?
