I don’t really get how your first sentence has a linkage to what I said. Did you think that was clever? I believe my first post is sufficiently clear. I know what scat porn is - basically people playing in poop in a porn context. I would not have clicked on the link had it said scat porn. I don’t think people puking and shitting into vaginas could be classified as scat porn. I don’t really know what to call it.

Really, the way I see it is you are the one acting out of line. Yes this is some kind of gross stuff; however, if you are not a moderator, what you are doing is junior modding. Also, it seems as if you are threads hitting because you don’t like the content. If you have rather delicate sensibilities I still can’t see why you would look at this thread. I mean it doesn’t take a high level of sophistication to know that you probably will need to brace yourself when you look at a thread with a title like this.

While I don’t have a vagina, I’d say that keeping a proper hygiene after the fact would prevent most infection problems?

In my limited experience with poo - which has all been deposited, unused by any ladies for sexual pleasure, in an appropriate receptacle - and having seen a few of these porn clips, I think that the act is normally faked with chocolate pudding or similar.
There is just too much quantity - normal people do not save up a couple of litres of diarrhea, whereas it would be possible to introduce it via enema shortly before the shoot.
I’m sure the vomit porn is similarly recently eaten food - so in both cases quite fresh and palatable before being ingested/introduced. This would reduce the infection risk - the volume of “clean” material would be greater than the “dirty” - and I’m also of the belief that most people would douche their asses before introducing something they expect to be later eaten/stuck in a vagina.
And finally, even if you are terribly into sticking weird things into your vagina and filming it; you probably want to continue to use that same vagina for the same purpose later - so you are going to clean and take care of it.
Even so - the live fish and octopi in some Japanese porn does seem somewhat unwise.

There was an article several years ago by a woman who claimed to have grown up with hippie parents in a free love household. She discussed the downside of a lifestyle where she had learned that if men want it, give it to them. One interesting thing she learned was that many of her friends’ fathers wanted sex if they managed to get alone with her. The other thing I remember from the article was that the downside of “free love” was very frequent vaginal infections.
(This was a serious magazine, Rolling Stone or Atlantic or New Yorker something like that)
So I suspect the answer to the OP’s question is - they don’t avoid the infections.

I assume too that someone who is desperate enough to shove objects and objectionable stuff into body cavities, live on camera, probably is desperate enough to ignore the health consequences. Plus as long as the problem can be covered up (washing, not bleeding, etc.) then they can probably keep working through it all.
If you’re spaced out on narcotics would you even notice severe itching, or do you just think it’s more of the purple spiders crawling all over you?
