That Wiki article/pic is slightly out of date. No self-respecting gonzo porn cameraman uses a clunky, monster camera like that any more. There are ones made now that are 1/3 that size, lighter weight and hi-def to boot, which is the way all video is going. Yes, a head mount is certainly an option. A $300 [GoPro](http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=&sku=1003322&gclid=CMfDvLTVyr4CFYtAMgodAVYAPw&Q=&is=REG&A=details) provides better video than $10,000 cams of a decade ago, and that’s not the smallest one in use.

Doubtfully many IMO, but there are a few women out there who are willing to do pretty much anything so they can score their next heroin dose or women who are more or less in a slavery situation where they see no other choice but to perform the act.
