How do you deal with stress?

Knitting: I knit like mad when I’m under a lot of stress. The more complicated the pattern the better.

I picked grind through it. By this I mean I internalize it, losing sleep and working hard on developing a stomach ulcer.

I avoid it.

Other-crying

Do you have that stomach ulcer yet? If not, then you should try drinking. It might prevent the ulcer from stress until you develop one from the alcohol.

I tend to play my favourite music–nothing challenging or out of the ordinary, just songs that feel familiar and comfortable. It seems to reset my headspace.

Work through it. (Literally- do work-related stuff, which takes my mind off of the stress.)
