I would suggest the same stuff used for kitty pee - while baby pee isn’t nearly as stinky as cat pee the enzymes should work on both. ---

If you don’t happen to have that stuff around, I’ve found that OxyClean works very well when our numerous children have had similar incidents. I have three kids, and they’re all in diapers, so I have some experience in this area. OxyClean works pretty well against poop and blood as well. ---
