# How Do You Know When You've Recovered From Corvid 19?

OK, so you have it, and now you’re feeling better.

Are there any guidelines when you are considered “over it” and more importantly no longer contagious?

According to the [CDC](https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/if-you-are-sick/steps-when-sick.html), you can end home isolation if:
