I suppose it’s hard to say when you’ve crossed the line into official drunk-country, but for me, it’s that point where I have to consciously work to enunciate words correctly; sounds are often sort of muffled at this point. If I don’t make a conscious effort, I will _hear_ myself slurring (rather than _feel_ myself slurring). Which doesn’t make a lot of sense, but hey- we are talking about drunkenness, right? ---

I am here from 2022 to tell yall if your still here that the Everclear, gemclear, etc. are cleaner than most. We have lab tested many brands of products across the board, 19 out of 20 beers contained pesticides already. This is one out of many reasons many cheap liquors/alcoholic beverages make you feel sick or nauseous after just a couple drinks. The 190 proof I have rn i very clean, very clean mixed w anything, cleanest buzz/drunk you’ll have even compared to most 40% vodka. make sure to buy from a reputable brand who sources their ingredients well, heavy metals & pesticides are concentrated even more during the distillation process! David Embury says, the lower the proof at which liquor is distilled out, and the higher the proof at which it is bottled and sold, the better the liquor. Also, avoid consuming several sugary syrupy cocktails if you do not want to get thoroughly sick. And I say, if you seriously have to ask yourself how do you know you’re drunk, or better yet in any case, don’t drink so much— it’s bad for you. ---

If I drink a lot of vodka I know that I’m drunk. And I don’t care that I’m drunk. If I care that I’m drunk it means I need to drink more vodka. ---

I usually figure that I am drunk when my drinking companions are drunk. I can tell this because their faces become blurry and they have difficulty understanding what I am saying. ---
