# How Do You Pronouce MPSIMS?

Sims. The M and P, after all this time, aren’t even pronounced, and if you ask people I talk to regularly, I say “Check [link] thread in SIMS.” Plus a lot of the time stuff isn’t mundane or pointless.

Strangely enough, I always pronounce it “M-S-P-S”. I have never actually tried to discuss that forum with another person, so my pronunciation is really just in my mind (the only place that it makes sense). I never even realized that I was missing and transposing letters. How odd.

Maybe I’m just a huge party pooper, but even when I see the letters, I say and think “Mundane Pointless Stuff I Must Share”. If it helps, the accent is only on the word “share”.

So it comes out sounding kind of like “mndnpntlssstuvimus_Share_”
