I have windows XP, and have recently acquired a nasty little toolbar that I can’t seem to get rid of. It goes to a website called Nester. Any thoughts?

I’m going to guess that you mean Netster, and its Netster Smartbrowse toolbar. If so, my first suggestion would be to run Ad-Aware SE (free version) on your system, and ensure that you have the latest definitions.

Just a suggestion…

Download a copy of [Hijack This](http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html), run it, and look for anything odd with an **R1** designation. If your little annoyance appears there, just check the box and let Hijack This fix it for you.

Good luck.

PS- Read the tutorial first.
