Any sort of cite to back up this claim? People, especially rich people, just don’t buy an original and keep it in a safe and wear an exact replica. Why not just buy the replica to begin with? If something is very expensive it probably isn’t for everyday wear to begin with and only makes an appearance at New Years or a charity ball or something.
