Depends on when the shower is. Morning shower: 1 Get nekkid, turn on water, use the couple seconds it takes to heat up to take my glasses off. 2 Wash hair, using 2-in-1 Loreal Kids Quick Drying Shampoo - this stuff ROCKS. 3 Leave shampoo in hair for time being. 4 Wash: staring with left arm, then right arm, torso, left leg, right leg. I’m mildly OCD about this. Using whatever soap product is available. 5 Wash face using some random Nuetrogena face wash. 6 Rinse all over. Exit shower. Put in contacts. Brush teeth. Clothe, etc. Evening, after TKD class: \*Pull hair up to avoid soakage. Repeat above 4-6, only without the contact lense nonsense. And yes, I do shower twice a day most days. Because I need it to wake me up in the morning, but then, I’m so sweaty after working out in the evening, I can’t do anything without cleaning myself up. ---

I got the stuff at a discount beauty supply store. It’s green and comes in a little squeezy tube. It’s super concentrated so a little goes a long way. There are a few other things you can do if you realize pretty soon after coloring that the color has gone horribly wrong, #1 is to wash your hair right away. Also stand out in the sun as much as possible. It tends to fade my haircolor pretty quickly. Good Luck! ---
