I’ve never found the UI to be difficult to use. It’s not perfect, but software rarely is. On the other hand I’ve been frustrated repeatedly by Mac interfaces which aren’t intuitive to me. Once I learn them they’re fine, but they don’t generally appeal to me (mostly a PC or Unix user).
