I don’t know about nationwide, but here in Arkansas, 300 dollars for a Yorkshire terrier is not uncommon. When our Silky Terrier bitch had puppies, we were able to sell them for 200 and 250 for no problem. ---

I don’t know if they’re the most expensive, but English Bulldogs of good quality seem to go for about $1200. I lot more for show quality, a little less for pet quality Apparently because the litters and small, and most deliveries have to be done by C-section because of the large heads. ---

There’s a column and a half of Frenchie breeders in the newest **DogFancy**. That seems to be about average availability. [http://www.terrificpets.com/dogs\_for\_sale/french\_bulldog\_for\_sale.asp](http://www.terrificpets.com/dogs_for_sale/french_bulldog_for_sale.asp) is showing the little frogdogs for $1000 to $2500. I know nothing about that site, and seriously recommend that you find a local breeder or participate in rescue. ---

I don’t know how expensive they are, but since rarity usually causes expense this may interest you.
