Ok I renewed my sub earlier but somethings coming through I forgot about and well I need the money back … how do I get a refund? the money hasn’t been taken out of the account but paypal says its completed …(next month I plan to resub for real ) thanks ---

I know if you’ve been banned, you don’t get your subscription refunded. I don’t think they even have a refund procedure set up. ---

PayPal complicates matters wrt refunds. I once purchased something on EBay. After I paid via PayPal, the seller notified me that she was unable to complete the sale. She refunded my money _minus PayPal fees_ which had been taken out. I fought to get my dollar, and eventually eBay pressured her to comply. ---

If I may piggyback with a related question (I was going to start my own Thread but, hey, we’re here)… Is PayPal the only payment option? I was thinking of paying up again for the first time in years. I got as far as: “Click on the option of your preferred method of payment” …but there were no options, PayPal only. ---

We’ve been complaining about that for years. Best you can do is use Paypal’s “pay with a credit card without setting up an account” option. ---
