# How does one invoke "click to show/hide"?

ETA: You can do this for any post you see. Copy the link,

https://boards.straightdope.com/t/republicans-war-on-transgender-people-omnibus-thread/965609/1562

and replace the “/t/name-of-topic/” with “/raw/”

That way you can see how they made the post.

Also, If you highlight your text, you can then click in the gear wheel button (⚙ )  
and select “Hide Details”.  
Then edit “Summary” to any description you want.
