AFAIK this remains plausible for Rivian, but there’s no doubt that in terms of sexual harassment, racial harassment, and the general syndrome of employee abuse and the creation of a toxic work environment, Musk is directly and personally responsible as a result of his personal ethical failures and active malignancy.
