Ok, so what miracles is “canon” Jesus capable of performing? I’ve heard a bit about bread and fishes, the walking on water, being able to heal people by telling them to “get up” and they are back to 100% health. Oh, and he raised 1 guy from the dead, but he had to call that one in to God for special approval and it took a while to fill out the heavenly paperwork, apparently. Logically, wouldn’t the “anti-Christ” have the same supernatural powers, or another set of “opposite” powers appropriate to his role? Maybe he could “bread and fish” duplicate his military’s equipment and soldiers, or tell his battlefield casualties that they are healed, or do the opposite to the enemy. I see what you mean, though. A world war of conquest would be fought on fronts thousands of miles long and would quickly devolve to the use of nuclear weapons. It would be fought between tens of millions of soldiers. Nothing Jesus did in the bible worked on that kind of scale - assuming, for the sake of argument, that his supernatural powers were real, would they allow him to mass-heal thousands of people spread across many miles or declare by fiat that the enemy’s nuclear warheads were non-functional? ---

You’re forgetting one that would be very useful: weather control. Jesus can calm storms. Over how big an area is not established, But it’s presented as him just ordering the weather around. And ven if Jesus can only calm storms, obviously anti-Jesus could “anger” them–making them worse. Now, remember, the [power of a storm can dwarf any nuclear bomb](http://www.motherjones.com/blue-marble/2011/08/nuclear-bomb-hurricane), and I think you do have a contender. ---
