How far can I jog?

Some good answers. In my experience cardiovascular fitness tends to transfer, but there’s a muscle/movement specific bit that doesn’t. I usually stop riding over the winter (and just run). When I start cycling again in the Spring there is a noticeable set back despite increased running fitness.

Fortunately there’s an easy way to find out! Put on some shoes, go run until you can’t, then turn around and run home. Bingo! Now you know :slight_smile:
