As a life long Texas Rangers fan, I’m not wild about him.
But I have to pick on somebody when it seems like your favorite team is mathematically eliminated on opening day every year.

A fine, perhaps. But no automatic suspension – he can manage the next game.
However, if the manager touches the umpire, it is a fine and suspension. Also, if, in the opinion of the league, he goes too far in his protest, he can be fined and suspended.
