Same thing here. There’s a time given that gives that much precision, but it only tells me when I started, not when I stopped. The actual counter only gives tenths of a second.
This link seems to work better, but it uses Flash.
First try was 0.075, and I got it down to 0.042.

…of course, I’m cheating - my mouse has a button I’ve set for double-click. 
In 10 tries, my fastest was .096.
Using my touchpad on my laptop instead of a mouse, I was consistently between .168 and .170.
I broke it. I took a laptop into my time machine, opened the site and clicked. Then I jumped back in time to one second prior to that click and clicked again. The app developer didn’t allow for negative time values and the result crashed the page. It will probably be a few days before they get it up and running again.
I would say “I’m sorry”, but I actually enjoy doing that kind of crap.
