# How good are the Western Michigan Broncos?

How good are the Western Michigan Broncos? I mean 13 - 0 is very impressive for any football program, but have they played any strong teams?

Well, they beat two Big 10 teams (Illinois and Northwestern) which were not very good, but hey, they are Big 10 teams, and went undefeated in the Mid-American conference, which usually produces 1-2 teams a year good enough to scare/beat mid-level “Big Schools”.

I don’t think they can beat Wisconsin, but if the Badgers enter the game too over-confident, Western Michigan could lay a whuppin’ on them.

In short, no.

The best teams they played were 3-9 Illinois and 6-5 Northwestern, while the rest were MAC teams.

I’d wager that playing their same schedule, just about all Power 5 mid-ranked teams would come out 12-1 or 13-0.
