I thought my color perception was pretty good. I rely on it in electronics to read color coding bands on resistors. Purple dots were the hardest for me. I just can’t see a number or letter in that block of dots. I don’t see shades of purple that well. ---

8 out of 10 the third time. 😉 It gets easier with practice. My eyes began to see the shades of color more accurately. At first my eyes were like, WTF are you asking me to do? 😃 ---

7 out of 10. The red dots, I really did not see any number or letter but just guessed something and that one happened to be correct. So really I got 6 out of 10. ---

This test is asking us to see much finer shades of color. We normally don’t need to do that in real life. Unless you’re a graphics artist or painter. ---

10/10, but there are seriously small differences between some of those shades. This might be as much a test of your computer monitor as it is of your eyes. ---

Wow - shocked to have gotten 7/10. My wife and 1 of my dtrs have incredible ability to discriminate among colors. You know the kind of thing: “That blue has too much red in it.” To me, the paint chips all look blue to me. They basically just assume I have NO IDEA what colors look good together, etc. So I simply leave all such decisions to them. I remember another similar test, but it had (seemingly) hundreds of hues that you were supposed to put in order. My wife and kid just put them in order as quickly as they could click and drag. For me, it was in impossible task. My dad was reg/green colorblind. Couldn’t find a red golf tee in the grass. I’m not colorblind - just not good at discrimination. ---

6/10 the first time, 9/10 the second time. I was actually hoping for a different sort of test. My wife and I often disagree on whether a color is pink (defined as strictly a mixing of red and white) or purple (IOW, adding some amount of blue to the mix). I was hoping I’d find out if I was right or wrong. ---

I got 8 out of 10 on my first try… and I am officially colorblind! (deuteranomalous trichromat, to be specific). I’m not colorblind - just not good at discrimination. It’s possible your wife and daughter are tetrachromats with greater than normal ability to perceive differences in color. Or maybe they have normal color vision and are just really good at such tests. ---

7 of 10, but I do have a known color deficiency. The final red question was completely invisible to me. ---
