My rabbits love their hay. They love it so much that they eat it all day, dig in it, sit in it, and use it instead of their litter. And then they look at me for more because the rest of their hay is all soiled and thus not fit for eating. I tried a hay rack mounted on the side of the cage and they dug it out. I tried a bin with litter boxes on the sides and a gap filled with hay in the middle. They sat in the middle and wee’d/poo’d in the hay while they ate. I took a plastic file-holder box and cut a nice big slot in the side to allow access to the hay. [Too big of a slot](http://www.flickr.com/photos/28584488@N02/5177599358/).
