Only if you’re insisting that affirmative action methods are “rascist” [sic]. That isn’t an “of course” at all; it’s a very interesting topic that has been multiple times on this board and can be again.

**Chicago Faucet** , “scientific certainty” isn’t available in vote counting for weeks or months afterward. That is not a reasonable standard. Statistical probability is, however, a part of life in many areas.
