Besides you are not forced to: you can leave the country or refuse and do your time. You are coerced into jury duty, but that only makes the pool more likely to be your peers.
I don’t know how “forced” could be used in any context properly using your definition.
All I know is that I wouldn’t want anyone on my jury who has no interest in being there.
