Not to mention that while the Governor of Puerto Rico was sitting by his side, Trump ranted about the fake news not reporting that Hillary gave 20% of the US’s uranium to Russia. Too bad there isn’t some way Trump _himself_ could appear on camera, with a nation-wide (if not world-wide) audience watching and listening… (I was longing for one of the reporters present at the press event at which Trump lamented the lack of coverage of the imaginary H/U Scandal, to say “hey, we’re all here now, with cameras rolling: why not lay it all out for the mass audience already tuned in, _right now_!”) ---

I’m still wary of poll data, since they got 2016’s election all wrong. Yes, Hillary got more votes, but she didn’t win. I’ve never been contacted by pollsters, possibly because I don’t answer numbers that aren’t in my contacts. I’m guessing the people who participate aren’t as reclusive. I’d like to see included in the poll data how many times polling calls weren’t answered. [Huffpost](https://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/polling-when-people-dont-answer-phones_us_56b3b06ee4b04f9b57d8e014)says response rate is 9%, but the jury’s still out as regards to poll reliability. ---

We’re having an election today, the main issue is a new airport. I’ve probably been polled 20 times on it. I was hanging up for a while, but then just started answering it (generally in favor but not always) and then randomly answering the demographic questions at the end (age, sex, political views, race). I assume there was some glitch in their randomizer, because it was always the same voice and questions (or they were just happy to have someone answer the damn poll). ---
