Chris Van Hollen of Maryland was saying on PBS Newshour tonight that 35% of the corporations benefitting from the soon-to-pass Tax Cut are foreign stockholders, who in 2019 will get a $31 billion tax break. I wonder if President Nerf Football realises that. Perhaps not quite meeting up to that vile POS’s “message” of economic populism. ---

Trump “Illegals go home” just commuted the sentence of Sholom Rubashkin. Mr Rushkin was sentenced to 27 years in prison for money laundering and " His prosecution came after federal authorities raided the plant and arrested 389 illegal immigrants in 2008." Trump pisses me off by ignoring the amazing and wonderful recovery effort in Puerto Rico, how he mobilized the nation to rush assistance and help to Americans there. There is a time for modesty, but in the face of such a miraculous effort, such a massive outreach to the poor and downtrodden, he says little. Didn’t he personally shepherd that huge funding bill through Congress? No? Well, then, _fuck_ his nasty white ass! ---
