Trump has pulled John Bolton from an interview with CNN because he claims Jim Acosta disrespected him. When? Trump’s the one who attacked Acosta. And then he said that CNN didn’t report on his attack on Acosta, which they did, of course. ---

Melania grew up in a world where powerful men casually killed people who opposed them (Tito, Milosevick) and, somehow, “escaped” to a saner world where powerful men merely bought off (or financially crushed) those who opposed them. Unfortunately for her, she just happened to hook up with the one American billionaire who needed the money and the connections provided by powerful men who killed those who opposed them.
