Watching news tonight about Aretha Franklin and seeing her performing at the White House, I realized that Trump hasn’t had any cultural events or celebrations there. I checked google to be sure and found this article: [A Cultural Vacuum in Trump’s White House](https://www.nytimes.com/2018/06/29/opinion/dave-eggers-culture-arts-trump.html) It pisses me off that this is yet another way Trump has shit on the Presidency of the United States. What a dark and joyless place the White House must be. ---
