In France today, Trump was scheduled to visit a cemetery where the remains of about 2,000 Americans who died in the Battle of Belleau Wood are interred. A wreath laying and a moment of silence were to be observed. The White House canceled the visit due to weather. It was raining too hard for Trump’s helicopter to land at the site, which is about 50 miles from Paris.
