But Trump just demonstrated that he doesn’t see himself as President of the people of California. So fuck him. I don’t have a president now; my allegiance stops at Gavin Newsom. ---

It’s been evident for quite a while that he despises anyone who disagrees with him, and he goes out of his way to demonize them, so I’ve felt he doesn’t represent me for a long time. Whatever actions he takes will affect me, but he definitely doesn’t represent me. He would hate me and call me names if he knew me personally, I suppose. It’s obvious he expects everyone to kiss his butt while he disparages their intelligence/appearance/opinion in return. Fuck that. I see NO reason to afford the office of the president any respect when it is filled by someone who can’t even be bothered to pretend to be representing all Americans AND who actually seems to think Americans work for him rather than the other way around. ---
