I’m too tired to be outraged, but if I wasnt, Kobes’ confirmation would be my new focus. The ABA called him all but illiterate. Sixth “unqualified” judge to be nominated, third to be confirmed, first to require the vote of a VP Zombie Christ. Will someone please assume the mantle of my outrage? ---

Steven Grasz was confirmed to the 8th Circuit yesterday as well, despite being “unanimously not qualified” i.e. everyone knowledgable about the law thought he was not qualified for a lifetime appointment as a judge. ---
