They’re now trying to get up to speed very quickly on some of the nuances of trying to change healthcare in a very, very short time. Of course, I’m willing to bet that most of the Republicans in the House and Senate did know that it was going to be complicated. ---

“my generals are the most respected that we’ve had in many decades” - what the fuck is that? Has an entirely new class of generals been promoted in the past 40-or-so days? Or are these the same military leaders that have been in place for at least the past few months or so? Also - is there wild fluctuation in the level of respect for “generals” over the decades? ---
