He signed an order allowing Federal agencies to roll back ACA requirements. This means that the mandated minimum coverage can be gutted. So now even if people have access to health care it can be really really crappy health care. He has essentially turned the insurance companies into death panels that decide who lives or dies depending on their bottom line and profit margin. ---
