[Why can’t we just nuke hurricanes?](https://www.axios.com/trump-nuclear-bombs-hurricanes-97231f38-2394-4120-a3fa-8c9cf0e3f51c.html) He tweeted Fake News of course, but one of his toadies tried to spin it as genuine caring. “His goal — to keep a catastrophic hurricane from hitting the mainland — is not bad,” the official said. “His objective is not bad.” Trump has long ago blocked any notion of environmental concerns from entering his brain, but this is yet another reason to keep him far away from that shiny red history eraser button. ---

Sort of like blowing your brains out to get rid of a head cold. That would work I suppose. Nuking a hurricane would not. I think we’ve had a thread about just that. ---

But what if we could add radiation damage to the destructive power of a hurricane? We could name it after Trump, then he’d have his namesake accomplishment. ---

How about hanging really big fans underneath fighter jets and having them fly into the hurricanes with the rotors going in the opposite direction? THAT would work, I betcha. ---

Hork. “His objective was not bad.” Well the idea is dumb but he probably thinks he’s the first to think of it and if it was implemented and worked then he’d be praised for saving the world from hurricanes.
