10.31.19 Individual 1 is moving his official state of residence from New York to Florida. Probably so he can avoid paying state taxes. He’s moving his state of residence? That’s a laugh! First off, it’s up to the state “left behind” to determine if such declaration was done for the sole purpose of avoiding taxes there. Second, he lived in and vote in New York. If anything, he’s eligible to legitimately (I know) change his residence to Washington, DC. Florida is bogus. ---
