Just saw this on the Rachel Maddow show, [Hospitals say feds are seizing masks and other coronavirus supplies without a word](https://www.latimes.com/politics/story/2020-04-07/hospitals-washington-seize-coronavirus-supplies) So, Trump tells hospitals and states to get their own supplies. They do so, and then the federal government swoops in and steals them. What the ever loving fuck? ---

Since declaring the national emergency on March 16, Trump has actually done jack shit. Signed nothing, proclaimed nothing, directed nothing. He hasn’t even posed for a picture wearing a fucking mask. The crisis is being managed at the state and local level, for better or worse. He’d love to step in now and declare victory, but he has no authority to make it happen and saying so doesn’t make it so. By the way: when was the last time he left the White House? It’s undoubtedly the longest stretch of his presidency. He must be going crazy. ---

A good thirty percent of the country is crazy right along with him. The past six weeks have truly revealed that the emperor has no clothes but 90%+ of those who were gonna vote for him come November are still gonna vote for him, because reasons. ---
