She needs to get the hell out. (Checks that this is The Pit.) She is going to help delay this for as long as she possibly can, I have a feeling. I still don’t understand what the hell business she has with this. How long can she delay even making a ruling? It’s making it take forever, and she’s likely going to grant the special master request and try to prevent the DOJ from even being able to look at or use the documents to progress the case. ---

IANAL, but I originally thought that a plaintiff suing for slander (or libel) has to prove actual damages. Then I read that ‘slander per se’ includes statements that falsely claim that someone (Fetterman, in this case) committed a crime. Trump’s statement would certainly fall into this category.
