Yes, so let’s say that Biden gets re-elected and the day after he wins, he catches some bug that puts him in a coma. Kamala assumes the duties of the office and serves in the role. If Biden wakes up from his coma and somehow is fine, he can’t run again. Meanwhile, Kamala can run and be elected twice, effectively being POTUS for 12 years. ---

But she would be acting President, who steps back to the Veep role if/when Biden recovers - not clear that that would count (and I would lean towards it doesn’t). ---
