I don’t see how it’s complex. When Nixon asserted Executive Privilege in 1977, SCOTUS said he had to release the documents. ---

The committee and DOJ have to be very thorough here because Don and his henchmen are slippery lizards and won’t be punished by his supporters no matter what tactics he uses to obstruct justice. But the clock _is_ ticking. If this investigation is stalled until election day 2022, it will cease to exist. ---
