Trump finally posted a [tribute to his late sister](https://imgur.com/a/76LI51n). And, yes, he referred to people coming up to him, saying “ I will never forget the many times people would come up to me and say ‘Your sister was the smartest person on the Court." No mention of tears as they told him this, however. ---
