Jonathan Turley wrote an [article in The Hill](https://thehill.com/opinion/criminal-justice/4486580-before-joe-james-and-hunter-there-was-great-great-grandpa-moses/) that suggests that Biden’s great-great-grandfather was convicted of attempted murder, and that Biden’s not being held responsible for [insert bullshit crime here] is something that he’s just genetically inherited. I am perfectly willing to believe that that letter was typed up and sent in to the magazine by Trump’s secretary, given that I doubt that Trump would ever do such menial work himself. It is refreshing to know that Ms. Foerderer had enough self esteem not to attach her actual name to the dictation. ---

I’m not. Trump will go to great lengths to promote himself and/or defend his name. Don’t think of it as effort, think of it as a compulsion, he can’t help it. And he’s known to have done similar things multiple times, so often that it has become a punchline. A number of people have pointed out how that letter so closely resembles his normal way of speaking.
