Yeah, the thing about not paying court fines is the court can put a lien on property, send people to collect, or potentially send violators to jail. That’s the difference between stiffing small time contractors and attempting the same to judges. ---

Unlike the eponymous star in this thread, at least I planned the ocasion, gave the lady involved due attention and did not feel obliged to pay her hush money afterwards. I’m not particularly onboard with Melania’s tactics in this situation. She has been very distant from Tump recently, and I assume she is hoping he doesnt do any incredibly stupid maneuver and she can get something, anything, out of her marriage. I don’t have a pile of respect for her. Like Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal, I give her grudging respect for bravery (and a little less so for foolhardiness)… but she (and they) did apparently have sexual intercourse with someone who is the least possible attractive man, both in personality and vain skin color. What were they thinking? I have made romantic errors in the past. I guess most of us have done so. So not blaming the victim, but certainly blaming Mrs Trump’s judgement. Yeah. They are all basically gold diggers. Really anyone in Trumps orbit is. I suppose his golf buddies may not be. But they might just want the tabloid exposure, and to laugh behind his back at his ridiculous cheating. ---
