Love the reference to ‘True Grit’. What Trump means is ‘The fix is in’. More corruption obviously. “The fix is in” is an American idiom that means the outcome of something, like a contest or game, is being controlled or affected in a dishonest way He tried it once, he will try it again. And he’s telling us that’s what he will do. ---
