This one really feels like parody………. Trump is considering endorsing multiple rival candidates in the 2020 GOP primaries, because………he really doesn’t understand how this endorsement thing works. But it seems he’s figured out that if he endorses ALL the candidates, _one_ of his picks is sure to win the nomination and he can take credit for it. He’s really scared that he’ll become irrelevant if _his_ candidates don’t win……so he’s found a way to make sure they do. Jesus Christ. The Ukraine call was rock solid proof of abuse of power, betrayal of an allied nation, and aiding an adversarial nation. The insurrection was rock solid proof of sedition, abuse of power, and criminal conspiracy. Both should have resulted in removal from office but for the utter lawlessness and cowardice of the Republican Party. Now for some time we’ve known about the Georgia call where he’s caught red-handed committing election fraud. The fucker belongs in prison. I hope the Georgia authorities have the courage to bring charges and they find a jury free of MAGAbots. ---

In addition to all his other election shenanigans, Politico reports that the Orange Shitstain had drafted an executive order in December 2020 in a desperate bid to retain power, that would have involved the military in attempting to overturn the election; i.e.- pretty much an all-out military coup. I should add that it’s pretty clear that his advisers informed him that his fantasy of pulling off a military coup was insane and that he would without question be impeached or removed. But in his mind, Trump could not only order the military to seize voting machines and “hunt for evidence of fraud”, he could also order them to _ **find** _ it. The man has absolutely no scruples – nor even the vaguest awareness of what it means to be ethical. ---
