I have to confess that I’m completely lost on that. I interpret that as saying that the airspace would be restricted to the point that no one would be allowed to be in the air close to the rally. Am I interpreting that correctly, or do I need to go take a nap and try again later? ---

That part Johnny quoted just defines an area of airspace, and the times when that area is restricted. There are more details if you follow the link. There are two areas defined, and three intervals. My guess is that they’re for Trump’s arrival at Jaqueline Cochran Airport, then the rally, then the airport again for his departure. There are also descriptions of which aircraft are allowed in the restricted area (law enforcement, medevac, fire fighting) and other details. ---
