Well, if they prosecuted Biden at the same rate that they prosecuted Trump, he might not live to see a sentencing because he’d be very close to 90. ---

The Melon Felon just announced his pick for Attorney General. I thought he couldn’t do much worse than Texas’ corrupt, criminal AG. Shows me - he picked Matt Gaetz. There’s another sexist, rapist criminal Trump can put in charge of the Justice System. Trump’s first time he claimed he would pick “the best people”. Now apparently he’s over that, and going for “the worst people”. ---

A semi-conservative lawyer I know told me just this morning that he thinks it’s a trap. Trump, he says, is working behind the scenes with former Speaker Kevin McCarthy, who hates Gaetz’s guts. Gaetz has resigned from the House before the ethics report was released, so he’s now out of office. Trump and McCarthy know the Senate will never approve his nomination as AG (especially if Trump says through back channels that he wants it killed). Intriguing, but I’m not _that_ conspiracy-minded. ---

Less conspiracy minded. He, rapey mcforehead, gave up his constitutional protections when he resigned. If there is sufficient evidence for state (ha-ha) or federal charges; it’s open season on him. As ISTR, his co-conspirator took a plea deal of 30 years. The problem then was this guy was so repulsive in thoughts and actions that using him as a witness would have any Gaetz lawyer putting this wretch on trial deflecting from Gaetz. ---
