Let’s not go nuts here, shall we? It’s a common thing to do on a business letter, to type in the formal “Mr. XXXX” and to handwrite a more personal “Firstname” to show how the two of you are, of course, on a first name basis. Nothing exceptional to see here, move on. ---

Usually when you have stationary but write to a personal friend, you will cross out _your own name_. You know, the one that is preprinted on the stationary with all the titles and honorifics. Handwrite in _your_ first name. I’m not aware of a practice where you would cross out the _recipient_’s printed name. ~Max ---

I don’t think Trump’s 757 is in a hangar. I think it’s just sitting on the ramp. 1. I don’t know if there is a hangar big enough; 2. Hangars are expensive to rent.
