He amused me today because he endorsed “Eric” in the Missouri Republican Senate primary. The only problem is that there are three candidates named Eric. Zawahiri was arguably a more important figure in al-Qaeda than Osama Bin Laden even was. Zawahiri was essentially the religious leader of the org, and was the author of _Knights Under the Prophet’s Banner_ (the “al-Qaeda Manifesto”, so to speak). If Trump had a good opportunity to take him out and didn’t do it, it’s a colossal self-own. Christ, what an imbecile. ---
