If I give him money to file a lawsuit against CNN, that should give me a stake in the outcome. If Trump does file a suit, and wins, I would be entitled to some portion of the proceeds; like a lawyer who takes a case on contingency. Yes, I know it won’t. It just seems like such a blatant lapse in logic that it should be apparent to everybody. If Trump is so sure he’s been libeled, he should be rushing to fund a lawsuit himself. When he wins, he can get a judgment from CNN and get them to cover his legal fees. A successful business doesn’t need donations. How do Trump supporters rationalize this? ---

I am not advocating unquestioning jingoistic adoration of the US military, but jeez louise, they are for the most part responsible professionals who deserve to be treated with basic respect, not to mention a reasonable awareness of factual reality. I"ll just point out that Christopher Wray, head of the FBI, is a member of the Federalist Society along with beer guy; the same Reich-wing cult that churned out recommendations for Federal judgeships and other offices and commissions under Oranganus. [_Way to screw over Americans - Mitch - rot in hell_]. The heck with the American Bar Association that used to weigh in on proposed nominees. Seems almost conspiratorial on Wray’s part. ---
